Refund Policy

This policy covers the one-time "Full version" purchase for Swords and Coins.

14-day refund, no questions asked

If you're not happy with the full version, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no reason required.

Who handles the refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and Paddle handles all returns and refund payments — the money goes back the way it was paid, through Paddle, not directly from us.

To look up an order or request a refund, use Paddle's own order lookup at paddle.net with the email address or order reference from your purchase receipt. You can also write to [email protected] and we'll point Paddle to your order.

Donations on itch.io

If you unlocked the full version by donating on itch.io, that payment went through itch.io, not Paddle. Ask itch.io for a refund of it, or write to [email protected] and we'll help.

What a refund does

A refund revokes the full version on your account: you keep playing on the free tier (guest-level limits — one save, small map, one full game, tutorial chapters 1–3), and the extra saves, larger maps, multiplayer hosting, the balance-tuning window, and tutorial chapters 4–7 stop being available. We don't delete your account or your existing saves just because the purchase was refunded.

After 14 days

Past the 14-day window, refunds are handled at our discretion — write to [email protected] and explain what happened; we look at requests case by case (for example, a billing error or a duplicate charge).
